TO SECURE YOUR PUPPY:
1) Telephone Interview with Angela at 843-358-0650 or 843-340-5818. PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot commit to LIFE LONG ADOPTION, please
consider other options, such as fostering animals in need of temporary care. If you do not own your home,
please have your landlord's phone number ready for me, as I must confirm that you are allowed to own a large-breed
dog.
2) Print out Health Contract Page.
Complete & Sign it, and submit with your Adoption Fee or Security
Deposit (Bank Cashier Check, Bank Money Order or Postal Money Order
made payable to Angela Roberts). Security Deposit = 1/2 Adoption Fee, NON-Refundable as long as there are enough
puppies born to satisfy the number of security deposits received.
3) Picking Order is determined by the date your Security Deposit is received.
4) If ANYONE other than the adoptive family is to pick up your puppy, Adoption
Fee Balance must be paid 1 week in advance of pick-up date or shipping date if I must ship your puppy. If you are driving here to get your puppy, your Adoption Fee Balance (Cash Only) will
be due on Adoption Day. Adoption Fee
does NOT include expenses related to shipping/transportation.

If YOU DRIVE to
pick up your puppy: We live close to Myrtle Beach, SC. We are willing to drive 1 hour away from our home, saving you 2 hours of driving time.
If you wish
to FLY your puppy home, we will glady meet you at the Myrtle Beach (MYR) Airport so that you can fly your puppy home in
the cabin with you! This is a SIMPLE way to get your puppy home in one day. Each airline may have different requirements,
so please call your preferred airline for details on flying your puppy in the cabin with you.
WEATHER PERMITTING, and ONLY IF YOU CANNOT DRIVE OR FLY HERE to pick up
your puppy, we "MIGHT" consider shipping your puppy in the cargo area of a Delta Airline plane. Delta is the only airline
which ships puppies from the Myrtle Beach (MYR) airport. For details on shipping puppies, you may contact Delta
at 1-800-352-2746, and press #6 for "live animals."
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND an AIR TRANSPORT
person for long-distance adoptive families. Your puppy is picked up at our Myrtle Beach (MYR) Airport and
delivered to a national airport near YOU. Your puppy flies in the cabin with the transporter. Call for contact information.

FOR YOUR PUPPY ENDS WHEN YOUR PUPPY LEAVES MY HOME. BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE GROUND TRANSPORT
COMPANY.
